Your dealership toolkit

Sign in once and you're ready to work across all of these tools — no separate logins, no re-entering credentials.

Why it matters

Built around your priorities

Ease of use
Your staff logs in once — first thing in the morning — and navigates between every connected tool for the rest of the day without a single additional login prompt. No password managers. No sticky notes.
  • One username and password covers every app
  • Already signed in? You'll be taken straight through
  • Session lasts all day — sign out when you're done
🔒
Security
Credentials never travel between apps. Each tool only ever sees a short-lived, single-use authorization code — never the actual password. Sessions live on the server, not in the browser.
  • Passwords hashed, never stored in plain text
  • Sessions are server-side — cookies carry no sensitive data
  • Auth codes expire in 30 seconds and can only be used once
  • Each user is limited to one active desktop session and one mobile session — shared credentials don't work
🧑‍💼
User control
Admins manage who has access to what — all from one place. New hire? Add them and they're ready across all tools immediately. Staff changes? Deactivate once and access is revoked everywhere.
  • Add or remove users without touching each product separately
  • Assign groups: Sales, Finance, Service, Management
  • Restrict which products each group can access
🛡️
Access control
Not everyone needs access to every tool. Set rules that match how your dealership is actually structured — by team, email domain, or individual. Deny rules always win, so nothing slips through accidentally.
  • Restrict tools to specific groups or domains
  • Per-product rules, independently configurable
  • Admins are never locked out
Groups & permissions

The right people in the right tools

Organize your team into groups and decide which products each group can access. Changes take effect immediately — no waiting, no support ticket.

Step 1
Create a group
Name it after a department or role — Sales Team, Finance Managers, Service Advisors. Groups are the building block for everything else.
Step 2
Add your people
Drop users into groups from the Users tab. One person can belong to multiple groups — a manager might be in both Sales and Finance.
Step 3
Set access rules
In the Access Rules tab, choose which groups can open each connected product. You can also restrict by email domain or allow specific individuals as exceptions.
Done
It just works
Anyone outside the allowed groups sees a friendly "contact your administrator" message instead of the app. No error pages, no confusion.
